    USCIS temporarily adjusted public charge policy due to Coronavirus 美国移民局调整公共负担相关政策应对新冠病毒防治

    in IMMIGRATION UPDATES

    USCIS lately adjusted its public charge policy to "encourage all those, including aliens, with symptoms that resemble Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) (fever, cough, shortness of breath) to seek necessary medical treatment or preventive services.  Such treatment or preventive services will not negatively affect any alien as part of a future Public Charge analysis."


    近日,美国移民局(USCIS)调整其对于公共负担的相关政策,鼓励所有(包括外籍人士)有新冠病毒相关症状(发热、咳嗽、呼吸不畅等)的个人寻求当地医疗机构的帮助。由新冠病毒的防治带来的费用不会对任何外籍人士的身份带来负面影响。
